Schafreuter (2101m)

Ana is studying in Munich for the winter semester and so we decided the local mountains definitely need our attention. On the first days we did some running at the lake (Sylvensteinsee), but don't worry, we also spent a lot of time in the sauna and reading by the fireplace. However, the highlight of the trip was Schafreuter (2101m) - a pointy mountain on the Austrian-German border, which gave us celestial views of the Alps. Snow was not abundant and the temperatures were high, but this is nothing uncommon in the last two weeks. Ana produced some very nice photos with her new camera.. and just before it got dark, we were back in our hotel (Jager Von Fall) - getting ready for the sauna.
