Very warm and sunny days promised mass-tourism on Pokljuka, however, there are simply not many other choices due to snow poverty in lower valleys. Leon and I choose Debeli vrh (1962m), which is located between two very popular mountains: Viševnik and Lipanski vrh. We had "May" temperatures (around 10 degrees Celsius), lots of sun and very well compacted snow. Even though all these factors are very nice for ski-touring, if winter doesn't come back, the fun will soon be over. After some cold beer on the top, we enjoyed a great descent back to our car - but I'm quite sure that Bella enjoyed it even more!
