Making plans on Stol!

This year we have one of the most beautiful autumns ever - the sun shines 6 out of 7 days:) When Leon and I train for the upcoming winter season and when we get a bonus of sunny and warm weather, together with endless views - we simply don't complain. This time we went to visit Stol (2236m), the highest mountain in the Karavanke Alps. We analyzed the skiing possibilities on the mountain, as well as on his family members - Vrtača (2181m) and Begunjščica (2060m). After forging our plans and chatting with mountaineers from Bled, we returned to Valvasorjev dom and back to crowded civilization. Ascent time: 1h'27min Altitude: 1070m Average HR: 155 BPM
